No. All EH CONNECT plans come with truly unlimited data — no caps, no throttling, no fair-use limits.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Our Basic plan has no lock-in contract. Other plans may include a minimum term depending on current promos — our team will confirm the details before installation.

How can I pay my bill?

Pay securely through the Customer Portal via GCash, Maya, or credit card, or visit our office in Poblacion, Liloan. You can also process payments through our Facebook Page — send us a message and we’ll assist you with your payment. Official receipts are available for download in the portal.

What should I do if my connection goes down?

First, restart your router. If the issue persists, message us on Facebook or submit a ticket through the Customer Portal. Our team will dispatch a technician who will be on-site within 24–48 hours to restore your connection.

Can I get a custom speed plan?

Yes. While we don’t offer fixed business packages, we can customize your connection speed depending on your needs — whether for a busy household or a small shop. Contact us for a tailored quote.

What happens if my connection needs repair?

If your connection goes down or experiences issues, simply reach out to us via Facebook Messenger or the Customer Portal. Our certified technicians will be dispatched to your location and will have your service restored within 24–48 hours.
